their own homes
Our services include
Psychiatric Nurses
Our qualified psychiatric nurses provide
assessment, teaching,
case management to support a patient’s ability to remain in the
community without hospitalizations or with minimal hospital stays.
This is accomplished through the
• essential therapeutic alliance established to engage patients
in medication and treatment compliance.
Occupational Therapists
Our Occupational Therapists provide assessment, teaching,’
support for the vocational,
diversional, and coping needs of the
patient.
Given thcit leisure time management is a key need of the population,
our Occupational Therapists are not only helpful in designing appropriate
-services, but also in establishing an
effective discharge plan.
Medical Social Workers
Our Medical Social Workers offer
comprehensive pqtient and family
assessment, therapeutic intervention
and community resource teaching
and referral.
