State Department of Health) is a private non-profit home health agency
serving people who need nursing or other skilled long term health care
at home when the illness or disability was more chronic in nature,
rather than short term and more acute in nature.
Caring for the elderly, disabled adults and
children is what this agency is all about!
We provide home health aides and other health care services in clients'
homes throughout the county.
Our professional staff can provide invaluable information
about all sources of help and arrange for direct nursing care by
licensed practical nurses as well as para professional staff to assist
with everyday chores.

insurance companies may pay for home health care that is medically
