New Registration Form
Your Name, Address, Phone Number, Valid Email Address, IA Local Number and Your Union Membership Card Number are Required Fields. This is not a secure server. Please do not use a password that you use for any personal and private uses. I don't want it and I don't want to be responsible for it. If you feel uncomfortable sending any of the requested info electronically, you can send it regular mail. The purpose for the registration information is to limit access to sections of this site to members of the IATSE who have read the mission statement on the home page and who wish to join and participate in a respectful and fraternal manner. You will receive confirmation of your registration by email to your registered address in 24 - 48 hours at that time your password etc will be entered on our server and you will be able to access the entire site. Note: the page that appears immediately after you "submit" is for you to review the info you have sent. If there are any changes you need to make use your back button and you will return to the form with all of the data previously entered, still there. If you use the "return to form" link you will return to a blank form.
